Shipping Policy
We will make every effort to ship your products the fastest way possible,
so that you can enjoy them in the shortest amount of time. Many of our
products are in stock and can be shipped within 24 hours from our fulfillment
center in Windsor Ontario. Early morning orders can be shipped the
same day.
Custom Orders
Any orders for saunas custom-built to your specifications will be
shipped as soon as they are built, packaged and paid for. A minimum of
50% deposit is required at the time of placing a custom order and the rest
must be paid at shipping time. (Most customers eliminate this step and
pay for the sauna all at once.)
Return Policy
In the unlikely event that you need to return a product to us for
repair or replacement, or if you feel that the product you received is not
what you intended to order, please call our management team in Panama at
+507 6676 8111. (You can also contact your sales representative if that is
more convenient for you.)
When possible, refunds should be on the same credit card that you used for
your original purchase. The refund amount will not include shipping cost.
A minimum 10% restocking fee will be charged for custom orders.
